    Recently Burnham & Associates Training Consultancy (BATC) have been approached by several commercial beekeepers regarding a HACCP based quality assurance and food safety program for domestic and export market requirements. To fulfill this need BATC have developed the following program to implement and monitor a HACCP Plan into your honey production and extraction operations.

    Program Descriptor

    The B-SAFE Quality Assurance and Food Safety training and development program, based on HACCP principles, is very useful for beekeepers and honey packers that have a management responsibility in quality and food safety issues as an integral part of business operations.

    This program covers the development, implementation and maintenance of the commercial beekeepers and honey packers procedures in regard to HACCP based Quality Assurance and Food Safety Plans for the local domestic and export markets.
